Cheryl Parker MSc, MBA, RTPI
Cheryl Parker is the founder of Parker Planning and is a qualified, chartered town planner with 30 years’ experience working for local government in Planning Departments at Cheshire West and Chester Council, Wirral Council, Flintshire County Council and Warrington Borough Council and has private planning consultancy experience.
Cheryl is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and in addition to a Masters Degree in Environmental Planning (MSc) holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA).
Working in a variety of Planning Departments has provided a wealth of experience and knowledge of how the Planning system works and an invaluable understanding of both national and local planning policies as well as case law. Not all Planning Departments are the same, they have different planning policies, guidance and procedures, which can be a minefield to navigate. This is where our services can help to take away the stress and aim to guide your case to a positive outcome.
Not only offering a practical service submitting planning applications, appeals and resolving unauthorised development, the philosophy of Parker Planning is to offer individual support and helpful advice by providing positive planning solutions in a professional and diplomatic way.
