Planning
applications
The requirements for submitting a planning application can be daunting. We prepare and submit all types of full, outline and householder planning applications complete with associated plans and documents including Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements.

You may have received a letter or a visit from the Council’s Planning Enforcement Officer about a potential breach of planning control in terms of what they consider is unauthorised development, which is something that requires planning permission. Many cases can be resolved by negotiation with the Council and it is important to engage at an early stage to avoid formal enforcement action. This is where we come in as we specialise in the resolution of unauthorised development.

You have the right of appeal against a formal planning decision but there are strict timescales to make an appeal so we advise that you contact us as soon as possible. We can appeal an Enforcement Notice, which must be done before the date the enforcement notice takes effect. We can submit an appeal against a refusal of planning permission or against a planning condition that has been imposed on an approval decision notice.
